APPRECIATION PLUS REWARDS LEGALITIES

To receive rewards you must be a client of Keith Vincent and have completed or be in the process of completing a Real Estate transaction. At the sole discretion of Keith Vincent this requirement may be waived.

Referrals must be direct, there can only be one referrer per referral.

Reward Levels are re-set annually on the anniversary date of the first referral.

Developer Referrals are referrals who solely purchase a property offered for sale by a developer, they are not incremented in levels due to the reduced commission structure offered by developers.

On-line entries must be complete and carry the full name of the referrer, full mailing address, daytime contact phone number, and valid email address. If the Sponsor (Keith Vincent) discovers that an referrer has falsified their information, by any means, all of that person’s entries will be deemed ineligible and disqualified. Decisions of the Sponsor are final.

To be eligible, a referrer must be a resident of Canada and must have reached the age of majority on or before the award date.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor, which assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the site during the reward program period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, connections, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an referrer’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading any material connected with this reward program. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify this reward program if fraud or technical failures negatively affect the integrity of the reward program as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

Any deliberate attempt to damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this reward program is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

Rewards must be accepted as awarded, has no cash equivalent, and is not refundable or transferable. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value, at their discretion, in the event that the reward described is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control.

By entering this reward program, referrers hereby grant permission for the Sponsor to contact them with respect to their entry form and comments. Referrers further agree to abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

By acceptance of the prize, winners will be deemed to have released the Sponsor and its agencies and representatives from liability with respect to the reward program and the prize.

The winner hereby authorizes the Sponsor to announce and publish their name, address (city only) and/or comments submitted by the winner, along with the winner’s photograph and/or video footage in any forthcoming publicity in connection with the Sponsor, without further remuneration.

By entering the program, all referrers consent to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of running the program. Personal information (information that identifies referrers as an individual, for example, home telephone number, and home address) may be collected, used and stored by the Sponsor for use by the Sponsor in connection with the fulfillment of this reward program and for further correspondence regarding the Sponsor and its activities.

The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any referrer who is not eligible, who does not comply with the reward program Rules, or who tampers with the entry process, the site or the operation of the reward program.

By entering the reward program, each referrer hereby acknowledges that he/she has read, understands and will comply with these reward program Rules in their entirety. The laws of Canada, and applicable provincial laws and regulations, apply to this reward program.

The sponsor reserves the right to implement changes to this program at their sole discretion and at any time.
